    SHIPPING POLICY

     

    All items in the store are made to order.
    Orders are processed within 7-21 business days, with one-of-a-kind items expected to ship within 2-5 business days.
    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Please note, the type of jewelry and its complexity may affect our schedule.
    We will contact you via email or telephone if we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order. 

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Free U.S. Shipping on all orders.

    Orders priced up to $300 will be shipped (free of charge) by Post Office on regular international shipping. 
    Times average 7 to 21 business days (depending on the destination).

    Products priced over $300 will be shipped by courier to your home (free of charge), which usually takes between 3 to 5 business days.

    Each item is packed in durable packaging that retains the jewelry’s prestige, integrity, and safety.

     *Please note* Unforeseen delivery delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Import duties, customs charges, tariffs and taxes are not included in the product price or the shipping and handling costs. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine additional costs as well as applicable regulations and restrictions.

     Damages

    We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues. (Once you have received your order and no later than 24 hours from the time of collecting or receiving the package.) We will assist in remedying the matter as soon as possible and hopefully to your satisfaction. 

    If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

    Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
