As many of our pieces are handmade and made to order, we ask that you read the product description carefully and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

 

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at info@mayanoach.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom-made, personalised, altered, or specially sized pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed order specifications.

 

RING SIZING

Please make sure you select the correct ring size before placing your order.

Ring sizes are listed in US sizing unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our Sizing Guide or contact us before ordering.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mayanoach.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the piece and packaging so we can review the issue and find the appropriate solution.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
