PRODUCTS
Many Maya Noach pieces are handmade and made to order.
Because each piece is made individually, small variations in texture, finish, surface or form may occur and are part of the character of handmade jewellery.
We make every effort to present product photographs, colours, materials and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of the materials used.
Product availability, descriptions and prices may change without notice.
ORDERS
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mayanoach.com.
We will always do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issue, product availability problem, or other legitimate reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fees.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. Maya Noach does not store your full credit card details.
